Returns

In order to receive a refund, please send an email to dana.c.co@gmail.com with the details of your order and the reason why you are not happy with your purchase. Please send your purchase back within 14 business days and provide us with a tracking number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item and if your return is approved or rejected.

We permit the return of unworn, unused items, undamaged items with the original label and invoice attached.

Upon refund approval, you will be fully refunded in the same payment method of your original purchase (not including shipping costs) within 10 business days from the item return date.

Cancellations

If for any reason whatsoever you are unhappy with your order you may cancel the order until 22:00 GMT+2 (Jerusalem time) at the same day.

We will fully reimburse you within 2 business days of receiving your cancellation, and not charge you for the shipping fee.

Shipping

Given all the products are custom made, please allow us up to 5 days to prepare your order.

All international shipments take between 7-15 business days.
We will provide you a tracking number once the package is shipped out and we will follow the tracking number to ensure the package arrives to you on time.

Please let us know if your order is delayed and we will check it and make sure that it is on its
way.
